CHAPIN

Located just 23 miles northwest of downtown Columbia, Chapin is a town centered around Lake Murray with a laid back feel, family friendly vibe and top rated schools. Chapin homes are split between large, established neighborhoods with new construction popping up more and more as the area grows.

Irmo + Ballentine

Located just 12 miles northwest of downtown Columbia, the Irmo/Ballentine area is a highly sought after part of the lake due to its close proximity to all areas of the city and has award winning schools. Know for its great restaurants, marinas and attractions, this area has apartment and townhome living to offer but million dollar homes take up the majority of the water line.

Lexington

Located just 15 miles west of downtown Columbia, South Carolina, Lexington is a highly sought after area with great shopping, close proximity to downtown and features established neighborhoods with great schools. Homes are typically in large neighborhoods with lake access or lakefront homes that can go into the millions.

Gilbert + Batesburg-Leesville

Located just 25 miles northwest of downtown Columbia, South Carolina and past Lexington, Gilbert/Batesburg-Leesville is a small town with a less crowded feel. Many homes are older and more established with large lots and lake frontage and the town overall is a very homey and rural.

Prosperity + Newberry

Located 40 miles northwest of downtown Columbia, South Carolina, Prosperity is a small town just outside of Newberry. Prosperity is becoming more populated as people spread out to the area to find large lots, beautiful secluded homes and less traffic with Newberry being a city in self with plenty to offer.

Saluda

Located 40 miles west of downtown Columbia, South Carolina, Saluda is a larger town past highway 391 and Gilbert, one of the farther sides of the lake. Saluda is rural with a town center and has much less lakefront real estate to offer, making these secluded, wooded homes in high demand.
