11am – 3 pm Located downtown Chapin, Beaufort and Clark Streets--Food and arts festival open to the public. See area artists' work on display, enjoy live entertainment, shop craft vendors, try the fare of local restaurants, and help judge the "people's choice" award in the annual chili cook-off.
